Description
Basically this is a basic photo-manipulation that I did to practice on photoshop. The tattoos are stock images the original image is from DelightfulStock</A HREF>.The tutorial that I followed was created by Nocturnal-Devil</A HREF>.
This was done on photoshop and took me just about 2 and a half hours.
