For weeks, Elena Harper sought answers on what had happened to her friend Dalilah Mesbah, her search soon bringing her to the same building that the Egyptian was last seen inside of.

A few minutes after that, with a few careful questions and a bit of a Valley Girl act to make people think she wasn't a threat, she'd found the exact floor and room that the mechanic had gone to.

And just 2 minutes later, she found herself in the same position as Dalilah, caught by a being she couldn't and wouldn't comprehend, no matter how hard her muscles burned, no matter what trick she pulled to get the hands and the tar off of her, they refused to let go, claiming the redhead as their latest prize.

Soon she would join her friend...Whether she wanted to or not.
