I was playing around with photoshop, when I came up with this nice effect! I'm not exactly sure what to call it (maybe you guys can give me ideas) but I really like the effect, so I made a tutorial for you guys! I made this using photoshop elements 5.0 but it should work in all versions of photoshop.
