Description
I was playing around with photoshop, when I came up with this nice effect! I'm not exactly sure what to call it (maybe you guys can give me ideas) but I really like the effect, so I made a tutorial for you guys!
I made this using photoshop elements 5.0 but it should work in all versions of photoshop. Rules:
Do not make your own tutorial based on this (please be creative!)
Do not claim this effect as your own
Credit is optional, but appreciated.
Have fun!
Textures in background from unknown source. (I simply can't remember where I got them, but when I do, I will credit).
