Welp, I'm sorry that I'm joining on this long-overused trend (plus late lmao), plus spamming the same thing literally every DeviantArt user does with this, but I can't stand AI at its current state! This may be controversial, but I have to be honest here!
I'm just getting sick and tired of this! I don't like the 2020s for a good reason at this point, and one of them is the amount of bullsh!t coming from AI, including godawful memes (though the 2020s are home to really godawful memes not made with AI, but are still equally bad) and slop, from that, to then commercials made by companies such as CocaCola, and finally, literal television shows made with AI (such as a Winnie the Pooh series made with AI). Like seriously, enough is enough!
I don't even just hate how things are evolving as of the 2020s decade, I cannot stand it! Period! The entire decade has been a depressing, brain-rotting, bigoted, joke, and mess of a piece of timeline, and I feel ashamed that I literally have to live with this bullsh!t that I feel is plaguing humanity and its society! I will say this: I am PROUD that I grew up mostly with the 2010s, because, even though things started to suck by the latter-half of the decade, the first-half was much better, and that it was the internet and such done much more right, compared to this disaster as to how this bullsh!t evolves! And how COVID ruined everything, including our world's culture, is outright saddening, and I feel bad that kids have to grow up in this toxic, nasty environment, known as the 2020s. It gets even worse with Trump being a bigoted piece of sh!t who targets people such as even me (autistic trans/non-binary anti-capitalist), and honestly, I can't even wait to move to Canada with how much bullsh!t America gets plagued with its godawful history, then to just brush it off with "WE ARE THE GREATEST COUNTRY! GOD BLESS AMERICA!!!", and tries to change itself, just to go "FORGET IT! WE ARE THE GREATEST COUNTRY USA USA USA!!!", and I'm just done with this bullsh!t overall!
And sorry I just went off-topic, but I still don't like the 2020s, how miserably awful society has become, and AI is definitely one of those things imo! Plus how dangerous it can be, because it can sound so real that really dangerous things could potentially happen. Also, I don't find AI artstyles to be that appealing to the eye, and I much prefer the 2000s-early 2010s artstyle, which I try to adopt within content, such as @TriangularFennekin, which is my main account on here. And ofc, I never use AI to post art here (if I ever do use AI, it's largely for very rare ironic humour purposes only (like one meme of Trump aging, which I might show someday), which especially would be stuff I made before deciding I no longer tolerate AI at its current state; I rarely use AI if possible, but there are very rare exceptions; I don't like how far AI has become, and also, I have mostly formed this opinion just today as I'm writing this)
And you'll probably think it's hypocritical that I just posted this, yet I have several AI-content on my favourites collections, but I might remove them if possible, and stop favouriting them unless it was made by some friends, and I genuinely enjoy the art made, but there aren't many exceptions I can have anymore, and I just have had enough of this abomination of a decade! I hope that things improve at least in the 2030s, if not, 2040s!
