Cerato is one of my childhood OC, along with Trex Magmawalker, Xera and Dilop.
I already brought Dilop back by putting him as a character of DinoKeeper, so why not Cerato and Xera?
Cerato's design is altered from his old design which is heavily inspired by retro-styled dinosaur reconstruction into his anthropomorphic design.
He was meant to make his appearance in a video to celebrate the 14 years on YouTube, but I failed to made it.
