Introducing...Kamen Rider Marine!

Kamen Rider Marine (仮面ライダーマリーン) is Jets younger brother, but the smarter of the two. He was instrumental in finishing the designs for their new Engines, and he designs and constructs most of their tech. He also knew that Krim was basing his designs on cars and bikes, so he inspired his brother to take to the sky, while he drew inspiration from the ocean.

Marine uses the Marine Driver, a belt containing a wholly constructed piece of AI named Cap'n. Cap'n is an Ahab-like character, encouraging Marine to be more disciplined and, occasionally, more reckless and violent. Cap'n can connect to the Docking Brace on Marines wrist, which triggers his form changes. Marine uses Sea Engines (シーエンジン), small watercraft powered by M-Core Driviars, to perform Stern Changes, swapping out the armor on his left shoulder.

Using the Battle Engine transforms Marine into Type Battle, his primary blue form. Type Battle is agile and quick, using his nimbleness and tumbling skills to tire opponents out. By pumping the Battle Engine in the Docking Brace, Marine can activate the turrets on his shoulder, firing a barrage of small energy bullets to hold off enemies. The more times he pumps the Engine, the longer he can sustain his fire.

Marine Type Battles Full Throttle is the Propeller Drop (プロッペラードロップ). The turbines on his legs spin, trailing bubbles as they propel him into the air. He realigns and begins to spin himself with the turbines, kicking up a whirlpool of energy and plummeting into his opponent.

Jet and Marine have several abilities to show off, and they put their heads together to bring a third rider to the stage!
