Interesting ideas. They go with some things that I've been thinking over. Yes, I'll be releasing 21-40 as soon as I can, which should be fairly soon. So far I'm not planning a new form for Meteor exactly, more of an expansion to his arsenal.

Sting ball, Square Switch, An arm brace loaded with rubber pellets that launch off like a grenade to incapacitate any non zodiarts that try to help said zodiart and momentarily stun zodiarts.
UFO, X Switch, Turns Fourze's right leg into a hover pad. Can be used to zip around short distances.
Turbine (as in electrical,) Square Switch, High powered electrical generator.
This is all my mind has for now.
