Diego Aguilar is a street thug from Spain, with no family that he knows of. He idolizes the gangsters he does work for, and dreams of one day having that kind of power. He is approached one day to participate in the Desire Grand Prix, and wishes to become a mighty and feared man, so none would dare oppose him.
Equipped with the Desire Driver and the Boar ID Core, Diego transforms into Kamen Rider Rabid. A brash fighter with street fighting experience, Rabid is an inventive and confident fighter. His ID Core grants him heightened durability and fighting spirit.
