Description
First regional variations! Apparently, the story of how Rattata and Yungoos wound up on the islands of Alola was taken whole from the story of colonists to Hawaii trying to curb their own rat problem by introducing mongoose. Problem is, both Rattata and rats are nocturnal, while Yungoos and mongoose are diurnal, so the rats continued spreading apace while the mongeese ate everything else in sight, and both of them utterly annihilated the native bird species (mostly by raiding nests). Isn't imperialism fun?
