CANDY ref 2016 — Description

ref update for the snap mascot, candy!

gave him some prettier colors, put some proper guts in him, and look! paws!!

one of the many new features snaps will be allowed to have ;] in the meantime, if you're reading this, you are allowed to change your snap's frog-hands to paws for free if you would like! it's a minor trait and any snap can have it, so if you so desire, have fun!!
