Description
With the current discouse surrounding how Rouge the Bat (among other characters) is being handled (in terms of design and personality), I thought it'd be fun to explore a completely FLAT Rouge the Bat, and approach her as one would with the regular curvy bat.
So basically, still treating her like she's the hottest thing since the one chip challenge and volcanic steam.
