The Mask Maker - Character Designs — Description
The Prince (who I posted just the other day) and The Mask Maker. I scribble over my sketches until I get the design I want, so I don't have the other iterations of them that I scrapped before settling on these designs, which I am quite happy with. While the world of The Mask Maker is heavily African inspired, I did want there to be a range of different types of peoples and looks that still felt cohesive. Plus, I wanted the people of this world to look like they come from a tribal-fantasy setting, and not just modern or past day Africa.
