Yet another one in The Forgotten series.This one is based off of those creepy cobwebs that hang around old houses.... Never once have those not sent shivers up my spine....
Cobbal (cobweb+ball)

ghost/flying type
ability: Entangle*
It does have an evolution that should be coming soon.
Still going through a few designs.
*Entangle: If opponent hits it with a Bug, Flying or Fighting type attack, theres a 50% chance of paralyzing them.
