8-bit Textures 2: Andish. — Description
So previously I did a texture sheet for a level in this video-game idea (the game being called "4-Colour Adventures" and the level being under the name "Lapis Ground"/Lapis Lazuli Caverns"). The idea of the game is a procedurally generated pixel game centered around worlds left with only 1 base colour and 4 shades of it to show off any detail (plus black and white) and your goal is to give multi colour to these worlds. Lapis Grounds was blue and this here is red.

This is Andish, basically the pixel game equivalent of Hell. Featuring anguish, disturbing and firey backgrounds like faces expressing despair and agony and lava pits instead of bottomless pits.

(P.S: I know the lava looks more like a pulsating heart or something but that's only so that it can fit in with the theme of looking like an old-school game as a lot of animations, I don't know if anyone else has noticed, back then appear to have reversed their frames on some of the environments and I suppose you can say that the lava is flowing back and forth rather than bubbling)
