Well.. they were not made by only one scientist.
Anyway currently we know that Vicky is a "depowered" Angel (Third Generation) made to be killed in case of betrayal (or if go crazy).

As far as we know about Jessi, she should be a "Second Generation Angel".. and there's no known "Achille's heel" on her.. so far.

2)seriously the scientists didnt put an Achille's heel to jessy?only an idiot makes a powerful weapon and when has the chance to put an Achille's heel he doesnt put it.i can give you a lot of examples about it.

Jessi's genesi and powers will be clearer in the next book entitled "Angels".

Well, actually the chapters 8, 9 and 10 doesn't exists.
I will end this book "Jessi & Vicky" with the 8th chapter.

Then the second book will start exactly where the first will end.

Currently the 7th chapter is under construction. When we will reach the page 180, any further picture will be a new picture.
