"For every photo, there is a photo negative. That is true in all worlds. But what if photo negatives are more than they seem? What if, for every world that exists, there is another world that is its photo negative? And what if someone from the photo negative worlds were to find a way through?"

That was what inspired me to create Nega Decade long before Dark Decade showed up exclusively in one of the Kamen Rider video games. He has black, white and silver in the same places as Decade while he stays outside of the photo negative worlds. Aside from that, the actual aicon is the Decade one from Crimson Cafe, and all the colors I used for the recolor are literaly what I got after inverting the colors of the Decade aicon.
