Tyrannomon Digivolution Line — Description

This is a line that's been cooking in my mind since 1999. Tyrannomon was always somewhat framed as a rival to Greymon but never seemed to get the same respect as him with mediocre Digivolutions so let's get digital and see who we have here!

Child 2/Rookie: Dinomon
This Digimon is a subspecies of Agumon with more raptor like features. I had the idea for him set in stone for decades, the sprite I edited for him came from Mighty Party and Digimon Story for the head.

Adult/Champion: Tyrannomon
I didn't like how fat his Sprite made him look so I used GeoGreymon's body to make him more muscular

Perfect/Ultimate: MechaTyrannomon
While I do like things about MetalTyrannomon, the canonical Cyborg Ultimate level for Tyrannomon there was a lot about it I hated. MechaTyrannomon takes design cues from MetalTyrannomon, Gigadramon, MetalGreymon and WarGrowlmon, refining the very flawed design of MetalTyrannomon and Gigadramon while still greatly resembling it. Unlike its Virus counterpart, MechaTyrannomon retains the original colors of Tyrannomon. The chin on MetalTyrannomon has been replaced with a helmet that provides it protection while also enhancing its bite force.

Ultimate/Mega: RexTyrannomon
RexTyrannomon is visually similar to WarGreymon, however there are a number of differences that separate the two. The first is the altered helmet which has a dorsal fin rather than the horns on the rear. At the front it's horn is noticeably reduced in size and has the red stripping of MasterTyrannomon instead of the "teeth" seen on the various WarGreymon subspecies. Atop his Noble Brow sits his Regal Crown as the king of all Tyrannomon. The shoulder armor is noticeably different with the spikes being much larger. Its back retains the dorsal fins which are covered by it's flowing cape. It's gauntlets are completely different resembling the armor medieval knights wore. Instead of the Dramon Destroyer claws it weilds a Crome Digizoid Steel sword which it uses to clieve its opponents. Its shin guards are also shaped differently, retaining the glowing green gem from MechaTyrannomon. It also retains the foot armor of its previous form. It's only known rivals are Samudramon, WarGreymon and BlackWarGreymon.
