His hands can control robots and such, attaching with strings, like a puppet. He can also sucks energy while he is doing this from afar 8D
His mask is for disguise, his electric supply for him not to get hungry easily. His mask has a shape like a face of a bat.
He's taking his revenge, with style! 8D
