Description
An emerald port of YiMingMoJun's "PhotoShop Design" ([link] ).The controls inside the window, (scrollbar, etc.), are not part of this theme: it is only the borders!

The only changes I made were:
-I added 5px side borders since emerald doesn't support having no side borders
-I made my own prelight and pressed button states, since there were none visible in the screenshot
-The bottom frame is only 20px, not 22px, since emerald only goes that far
-I also added a version with the normal button layout
