A Hard Lesson - 4 — Description
Officer Ford put down the pitcher of water and the glass, then raised her hands high overhead.

Adira: "Tell me, Officer Ford - how many of those hardened criminals and gang members have taken your pistol and aimed it at the back of your head?"

Officer Ford: "You'll never get away with this! If you pull the trigger, every law enforcement officer in the hospital will descend on this room."

Adira: "That won't matter to you anymore, will it!"

Officer Ford: "I... umm... "

Adira: "Yeah, I figured you wouldn't have much to say. Now then - get out of the uniform and..."

Officer Ford: "You're out of your mind! I'm not..."

Adira; "I don't have time to argue with you! So - since I can't shoot you without bringing the house down..."
