Meet Sera The Python (FNAF OC)! — Description

Meet Sera The Python, a snake animatronic designed for caretaking and protection of kids inside the appropriately named "Lionel's Jungle Extravaganza!"
Sera was first designed by Melanie Calder (my version of william afton), daughter of famous animatronic designer and inventor, Austin Calder! At the time, Sera took the form of doodles on paper, as at the time, Melanie was very little, and fascinated with her father's work, hoping one day he could create one of her designs. Unfortunately, the day never came, as Austin would pass away at the age of 56. Because of his passing, his entire legacy would be passed onto his daughter, which was fitting, as she at this age of 24, earned a degree in mechanics and engineering. Skipping a few years and key lore events, Melanie made many deals with different animatronic creating companies and programming corporations to bring her father's dreams to life, cause while she had the ideas and knowledge of how to fix the animatronics, she did not know how to make one from scratch. Months and years went by, and soon, she had made a bunch of her father's old designs into living machines that made the old man's works look like proper jokes. Melanie was proud of what she was able to accomplish, and seeing how she had the machines, and the rival attraction on the other side of town was shut down due to health violations (I wonder why), she decided to make her own big attraction that families would be coming back to for decades!
And with that, Lionel's Jungle Extravaganza was born, a bustling business with different sections of the area themed to certain characters, food that would really rake in the dough, and of course, the main thing, the animatronics that would put on an unforgettable show! Melanie was happy, she had fame, wealth, and the loyalty of many. Yet she was not satisfied, she wanted to create more, and she knew who she was gonna start with first. So after many months of creating the perfect endoskeleton and programming the perfect AI that would give them character, Melanie's long awaited snake was born. She named it Sera, after her future child, if she was ever to marry. They decided to give her a test before allowing her into the cast, Melanies plan was she would be a caretaker, looking after any kids with no one to go to, or kids that were very upset, scared, or lost. Once booted up, Sera looked around and noticed Melanie acting scared, her programming recognised this was the case and then slithered up to Melanie, asking if she was alright. Melanie acted so scared, but in her mind, she was having the time of her life, she just had to make sure Sera didn't notice. Then there was the ultimate test, Sera asked Melanie if she wanted her to sooth her with her scales and play her a little song, Melanie would have immediately screamed yes, but it came out in a tiny whimper. Sera then wrapped Melanie with her strong flexible body, her realistic scales provided a nice feeling on Melanie, and once fully wrapped up, she used her hidden music box to play a majestic lullaby, which Melanie pretended to fall asleep to with a smile on her face.
Now thatall the boxes had been checked, Sera was allowed inside, and was giving her own little area, "Serene Hollow!" A fairly medium sized artificial forest, with plants, fake moss grounding, hidden speakers, and a single waterfall leading water into a pond. Not that impressive during the day, but at night, the plants glow via LED lights, projected lights make the pond illuminate, and so much more. Sera herself was a beloved fan favourite, but with the serene hollow, especially at night, some say it single handedly carries the entire place. Although, there were some concerns with parents saying they don't trust their child with Sera, some say their kids became attached to her, some say she gave their kids nightmares after seeing their friends enter serene hollow and not come out for minutes to hours, but the main concern was one malfunction could end horribly, especially if holding a kid since that may prove fatal. Luckily, she has shown no signs of malfunction, yet. Being Melanies favourite, she was allowed perks like being able to explore the building after hours while the other animatronics were shut down, Melanies staff team was a bit iffy on this decision, but Melanie convinced them if anyone were to break in, they had to answer to her, who would wrap them up and keep them with her till the authorities arrive!
(Yeesh, that took a while to write, anyways, hope yall like this robosnake! Also, I will either post about Melanie next, or another animatronic, depends which one I prefer doing, and you guys too! Ok, byeee!)
