DIABOLOUS NIGHTBREED - "XIII" (2017)

Diabolous Nightbreed was formed in 2003 by Lazerous Yazerall and Kazraine Maars. It was an experiment in extreme noise within the genre of Death Metal.

There has always been an undercurrent of humour throughout the band, not only lyrically, but also musically, not taking things all that seriously (in any regard).

The band released their first demo "Putridis Vivus" (and VCD single"Hammer Horror") in 2004 with a follow up demo "Voyeur" (with videos for both the title track and "Shallow") following in early 2005. A final demo single was put out later that year, the absolutely ridiculous"Broken Bicycle".

Now, after all this time the pair have decided to dust off the plastic sheeting, re-dampen the chloroform laced cloth, sharpen the bone-dulled axe blades and begin the butchery all over again with "XIII", a celebration of all their past crimes (against music, and humanity at large!) as well as a boosted addendum to the catalogue of their catastrophes produced with the same black, acidic humour as their formative years, but with a more mature(?!?!) and serious production, giving it a modern sound, hopefully making it (at least on the surface) somewhat palatable to potentially delicate eardrums!

The 'Breed is back, and more vile than ever...... what a terrible, terrible shame for you all!!
