Description
My mind wanders, and will not rest,although it's probably for the best.
Distant thunder,
such an amazing wonder.
Gazing at the tails of lightning,
fleeting from cloud to cloud.
Some may find it rather frightening,
however I watch it quite proud.
So much inspiration, and motivation,
Just seeing a wonder of the world.
It feeds and moves my contemplation,
setting my mind at ease to be unfurled.
As the rain sets in,
falling so slow and steadily.
It makes me forget the original sin,
something I didn't think I'd forget..
so readily.
To catch a smile, across my face
something to which is rarely seen.
Freeing me from this mental case,
and the same old angry routine.
I'm moving on...
