MLSS - Koops — Description

For years I've wanted to make an M&L version of Koops, but I didn't want to just make an edit of the existing Koopa sprites that were already out there. It wasn't until I saw @WahooMario's M&L version of the TTYD partners that I got inspired to go forward with this, and I'm pretty pleased with the result!

This means that that only party member I have left from TTYD is the Yoshi Kid. Hopefully I get that finished before another 10 years passes!
