Isaac is a sweet guy who is mostly misunderstood. He has an over eager desire to be close to others that can come off in a very awkward or overbearing manner. From asking invasive questions to requesting hair from people as mementos- he'll surprise even the most outlandish people with his attempts at connection.

Despite his awkward nature Isaac is really dedicated and strong-willed. When he is passionate about something he will see it through to the end, and in order to be in ones good graces he will go above and beyond to grant their every wish.

Isaac was born not to receive love, but to give it. He grew up in an orphanage in Blackwater Town, living a life without being chosen to be included into a family year after year. His cold gaze and awkward demeanor, although harmless, never seemed to attract people to him despite wanting nothing more than the closeness of others.
Pokémon, however, did not seem to discriminate with him as much as people did. The orphanage laid claim to a few stray Pokémon that the children would take care of to teach them responsibility and keep them occupied. Isaac, always craving love and affection, bonded to them more intensely than the other children and adults. Despite knowing many viewed them as disposable creatures, Isaac found them to be the only things that would curb his loneliness.

Upon becoming of age Isaac was thrown out into the world, no longer young enough to find safety in the orphanage he grew up in. For a while he took odd jobs, many of which dealing with the loss of humans and Pokémon alike. He found himself sympathizing with those who lost love ones, wishing to have had more memories and tokens of remembrance. In response Isaac began to keep "everything journals" and other small items taken from the things he enjoyed in order to always have something related to what he liked. One day, he would miss somebody or something and have things to remember them by. And one day, someone or something would miss him and he would have journal upon journal that they could sift through.

Not long after turning 19 a member of Team Zephyr caught wind of him and proposed the idea of him joining to do something with his life. This was one of the few times Isaac had felt wanted- and he jumped at the chance to be a part of an organization that loved Pokémon as much as he did.

Keeps a journal at all times on him in order to write down his thoughts and to put keepsakes of his in.
Will often take small trinkets or "pieces" of people/things he's found to really like. Ex: collecting baby teeth of Pokémon, hair from someone who said 'hello' to him.
Collects hair from Pokémon in order to make felt like versions of them to hold onto as mementos. Will also write down things they like and dislike into his Everything journals.
