The Sims in the picture are a depiction of Jimmy and Cindy from The Adventures of Jimmy Neutron grown up.

There's an episode in the show where the two get stranded on a deserted island and discover their true feelings for each other. In the end when their friends find them, Cindy doesn't want to leave.

Now grown up, they go back to the island.

This one is my personal favorite.
