Note: this is a HUGE picture. Download to see it full size.The first of my promised tutorials: preparing the bait. This is how I take a store bought pony and turn it into a blank canvas, ready for sculpting, painting, or whatever else I plan to do with it. Other tutorials will be posted when I have time, but finishing ponies for the show takes precedent. If you want a tutorial on a specific aspect of customizing, please ask! I'll be hitting the major points (Bait prep, full body repaint, symbol painting, eye painting, rehairing), but anything else will only be posted if requested. Enjoy!
