Meet the Marshal — Description

Let's take a break from the contest prizes (mostly because I'm still working the last one out)... and the magical girl event comic... and my other unfinished projects... anyway, we're gonna ignore all that to build some more Human As Can Be lore, featuring an all-new character!
Here's Marshal Atlas Strongelm Anderssen, commander-in-chief of Star Command! As I detailed in his subordinate Artemika's picture, Star Command is an international task force established in the advent of Earth's first contacts with extraterrestrial cultures, and its primary function is to ensure that Earth maintains positive relations with its neighbors in space, as well as that all threats to its many denizen species are resolved by diplomacy - or if that's impossible, by force. Due to the importance of this task, Anderssen himself takes his job as seriously as possible, assessing every issue with his signature cold-headed, experienced and resolute demeanor. He also boasts diplomatic immunity, being one of Earth's chief representatives to other planets and systems, which doesn't prevent him from getting himself into trouble every now and then.
In case you ask, no it was not his choice to become barechested in that last panel, he was surrounded by hostiles and his coat got ripped during the fight.
