Since Bob Budiansky's "Decepticon Graffiti" story in the classic G1 Marvel Comics, the Battlechargers must talk like Beavis & Butthead.
Even though they can't understand what they are saying!

Scavenger's lines are based on his G1 Marvel profile.
Another Constructicon that can be easily mocked is Long Haul, of course ("they never let me build anything").

The readings on the holoscreens are actually Iron Man's hud symbols.
