Description
"Pronto" is how you answer the phone in Italy. (And that's about how much I actually speak that beautiful language...)
I've done one similar render before, but since I wasn't very happy about it I revisited the idea, and built everything from scratch...
Getting the feeling of dim indoors on a scorching hot day behind the window seems to be really difficult...
How would you try to improve? Any hints?

This is really good. Better than I can do. She's got a bit of a cartoony look so you can get away with stuff.
However, since you asked...
In blender I use a roughness map on my characters to control how sweaty the skin is. Low roughness around the eyes, next to the nose, between the boobs, bum crack etc. Doing an overall low roughness doesn't work.
For damp cloth simulation I put a small inward pressure on the material so it tends to cling to the body. Not sure if you can do this in Daz dforce.
For damp cloth materials I use blender's "pointiness" attribute to select the areas which are, well, pointy. Sticky out bits are drier and get the default material but the rest has more transparency, lower roughness, lower diffuse intensity and some random bump mapping to simulate wrinkles. The pointiness thing works after the cloth simulation so it really exaggerates and wrinkles or creases. See Moist
...and her skirt is not colliding with her legs properly, too big a gap. It looks like this has not got dforce, just an armature deformation.

Thank you very much for taking the time to answer. Much appreciated!
Yes. Cartoony is the word. I should probably lean even more into that direction.. 😉
About roughness.. There's something similar to roughness map in daz skin materials already. But now that you mentioned this I probably will try to come up with a map of my own and a method to use it.
Damp cloths are a pain in daz... But I'll continue the experiments. Blender for the most part is a mystery to me. There's just so much of it. But I'm learning.
Greatest limitation of DazStudio at the moment, at least for me, is Microsoft. I run Daz on Linux with Wine, and that makes it sluggish and unstable. Blender on the other hand seems rather snappy and smooth. So eventually I'd like to move most of the stuff I do to Blender, but on what time, no clue.
Yes the skirt. A shameful oversight. I did notice it and I had a plan to do something about it, but alas...
At some point one just has to stop twiddling about, hit Ctrl+R, and move on.
Thanks again for your thoughtful comment!

Hell, nothing wrong with cartoony. It's a sign you are creating art. I think it's the big eyes and the clean textures. I'm a step behind, still chipping away at realism, but I really should get into Daz for human models.
I'm also running Linux, but the only machine modern enough to run Blender in our household is mostly used by my daughters for gaming. So I've hacked it to allow me to connect to it via remote desktop from the Linux boxes when they are out. It's very significant that Microsoft went out of their way to disable this for home users. I used to run Blender from a Linux box and it was completely painless. If you are into gaming Steam shows a future without Gates' hideous spawn. I just hope Windows dies before Steam becomes evil.
The various 3d tools are slowly evolving to fit separate niches. Blender is the swiss army knife of the 3d world, which is good and bad. It would be better if it was a set of tools with stable API's to make it easier for people to use it for parts of their workflows.

I always thought there was no U in "Pronto", but her lips contradict me.
Oops...

Oh? did I? waitami.. Aa-dang it!
For a moment you made me second guess my spelling.
But yeah. I spent quite some time posing, adjusting, and twiddling the mouth, only to scrap everything and start over the next day.
It's nice of you to notice.
Though now that I look at it I may have gone a bit too far on the U-W territory.
