Downloaded into an APP that lets the user manipulate him however they want, a man is now trapped within the phone, only able to stare up and out of the screen in muted disbelieve as the familiar woman that captured him gleefully redesigns him completely into a perfect girlfriend...
SO, UH. This was going to be a simple one... and then I did the lineart and had IDEAS. I then foolishly followed those ideas and here we! Took like five hours later, with a draw that is mostly just effects. Whoops. :)
The effects in this one are a bit complicated, though they might not look it. The two posted versions are the main one, which is a view from the screen the app is running on and the second is an internal look, what it looks like inside the app. Prob not worth all the extra time working on the effects for it all, but I had to try.
Since this did take a bit extra time to get done, story elements are fairly light. Hopefully the looks of everything carry's it. ^^;
As for the content of said app, seems the woman changing him is very particular to what she wanted. Why she chose this one guy, who knows. But with how specific she is being with her changes, she might have been considering this for a while. Though I guess he was being too distracting while she was working, since she muted him at some point. So no input from him on the subject.
...I feel like I've been on a bit of a girlfriend generation bender for the last while? Maybe? Possibly? I might have to tone it down a bit. Speaking of tone, this one seems particularly dark for my usual? Both subject wise and also literally. I guess because it's an app he is actually inside, makes it a lot more personal feeling? Could be that.
