Benevolent Spirit Types — Description

-Great spirits are powerful but stupid beings, created in complex rites by a tribe in need of a patron. Due to being created they have no real whims or ideas of their own.

-Local spirits are whatever powerful spirits a tribe may find in the region they choose to settle. they can be fickle and may not always do what you want them to do.

-Ancestral spirits are the spirits of the dead bound it [[Ancestral idols]]. they are the weakest spirits but will do anything they can to protect their decendants making them very reliable.
