I don't just agree with Nintrendodude and GrandMetroViper because we're friends, they both make up great points, and a better point then someone made in the comments of the article "Fans are getting tired of the green hill zone."

Someone said "so, Mario has the Mushroom kingdom in every game..."

Yeah...but just because Mario does something, doesn't mean Sonic should, and hell, just about every Mushroom kingdom in the Mario games was different. Sure sometimes it wasn't that big, but compare the mushroom kingdom from new Mario adventures to Mario galaxy or paper mario. It's pretty different.

Sega however, with green hill zone 2d or 3d we get the same thing, sure I'll cut the green hill zone with houses on it some slack, but the not green hill zone that just has sand and dying grass being super different? No...just no...
