Precocious Mermaid — Description
Needs a new shell size.

For MerMay 02, one of the given prompt was precocious, which means "development at an earlier age than is usual or expected." Not just mental development I presume, and the original Little Mermaid was supposed to be 15. They sure grow up fast, don't they?

Started off as an ink sketch, but something came over me and I decided to spend a bit more time with this and dabble in CSP. Haven't done so in awhile, but I could get the hang of it with practice.
