Alis: Chestplate Detail — Description
Uh... well. Lesson learned... it's usually a good idea to make sure the paper you draw on fits into your scanner if you think you're ever going to scan up the drawing. Well... too late for that. The sheet wouldn't fit into the scanner and I didn't want to press down too hard for fear of creasing -- and not to mention 100 lb paper doesn't like to change shape too easily.

However, my scanner made a butchering of it regardless... so to see anything at all I had to keep pumping the curves. Now it has lost all its subtleties... I'll most likely replace it with a shot from my EOS as soon as possible.

Just wanted to focus on the details of the Myling chest armor, with its pronounced neck 'scarf' armor. Didn't focus too much on the face at all and left off at the legs and arms [the actual paper has more; had to crop off a bit post-scanning]. Can't remember what else I was going to write.

Around 1 hour [mostly getting stuck on my old references for the collar].
