this is commissioned 2 me it's her OC named frasdel...the outfit was inspired 2 me by korean pop fashion... not really a fanatic... but my sisters r & it's all they play all day long... @___@

this is sketched with mechanical pencil 2B lead in about 1 1/2 hours... color edited in photoshop...
