My first 3D project eeeveeeerrrr
Obviously not done yet. I just started up a pretty hefty schedule at the Univ of MD, so I'm not gonna have too much time to finish it up for a month or two. I won't say the improvements I'm planning because I Want All Comments that you have and I don't want to give any ideas ahead of time.The picture includes the camera view wire-frame, as well as side- and top-view thumbnails showing the default materials. Note: the third pic is a reference photo which is NOT my work.
The model is intentionally low-poly, so textures will be giving the majority of the minor details. Just something to keep in mind. More to come very soon!

lol I thought so too... a lot of personality for such a little rover. Might make a short animation w/ this guy over the summer. Any story ideas?

Hmm... Maybe the guy is just partorling around mars having a good time then he meets up with another robot that he finds and they head out to a cave and have a party with aliens.
