i keep making random oc's and haven't really thought of what i would use them for, so i decided to change that.
I'm making a comic called "After the war" ill talk more about it in a separated post, i'm still working out details.
but this is the main antagonist, i wanted to try and be more active on weekends so i will release characters one by one.

Ruby was born in a abandon Octarian village that was occupied by castaways, crooks, and psychos. She was a daughter of a old war veteran who wanted to restart the war. her father was murder by another inkling when he was trying to brake into a ink strike factory. She swore vengence on the inklings and advised a robot army to achieve her father wish.
