Ambush Rescue — Description

“Why did you turn your back on your home?”

Saphy stopped struggling with her bonds, watching the blue-skinned warrior slowly settle by the crackling fire.  She was looking thoughtfully into the fire.

“Perhaps you were unsatisfied and in seek of a challenge—like me?”  A small smirk crept on her face.  “You certainly found that challenge in me.”

“Mmppph, grmmpph…”  If only Saphy could talk with this warrior, maybe they could come to an understanding, but this strange warrior had kept her gagged thoroughly.  Her muffled responses fell only on deaf ears.  After some time, the warrior’s eyes gently shut.  Saphy renewed her vigor, knowing full well the humiliation she would face if brought back home.  But every twist or tug was met with terse resistance.

As soon as she was about to give up, Saphy noticed movement behind their camp.  Her heart leapt as she saw a towering Worven.  Saphy immediately recognized Fenra—famous wanderer and enemy of Saphy's home. Any enemy of her enemy was her friend.  Her eyes darted between Fenra and the sleeping warrior.  Relief was coming at last.

Note: First attempt at a face at a different angle. I'm okay with it for now.

This is a continuation of the previous image Saphy vs Mauve with Saphy's bounty on her head proving to great as she was taken down fairly easily. But it looks like her luck will be changing for the better!
