The following is not an artistic critique. I love the image.
I'm been trying to recreate that actual position, and anatomically/physically it's simply not happening. I don't know whether it's possible for anyone to get one's body into those contradictory angles...I suppose it is, but perhaps one has to be unbelievably limber. It's more likely that it's simply not possible. I don't really know.
But particularly in a bondage scenario where trying to move one's ankles and hips would simply cause one's hogtied wrists and shoulders to risk being pulled out of sockets, I suspect in this case not gonna happen, even for a young schoolgirl.Β It's the position of her hips and butt which throws all this into the realm of "uh-uh." That part of her is just too high for the rest of her body's position.
Any chance you could redo this delightful image to accommodate reality?

I suspect an optical effect. The same figure tends to look very different depending o the camera angle.
If you don't override the controls, the figures are very good at only allowing realistic joint movements. You might end up at clumsy poses, but not impossible ones.
Still, posing is one of the most important and time-consuming elements of designing a scene.
