Gotham Evidence Files Scarecrow — Description

Couldn't do my Halloween special collection of villains without the master of fear himself. And yeah I know he's not dressed in the western clothes like was in the New Adventures of Batman & Robin but I loved that version. I liked the one episode where he infected Barbra into thinking she died and that Gordon tried to arrest Batman after finding out she's Batgirl. And while I did kind of like the ending of it. I honestly wished there was Batgirl story where she did tell her dad She's Batgirl.
