New OC alert! c: Sigh I just love designing characters, it's so soothing to meee~This is Riquu'xivan (aka Chance) she's a Ztaran which is Vixcoon 's closed species but she allowed me to make one!
Like Sahara, Chance has a third eye (under her bangs) & a second pair of arms which appear when the third eye opens. She also has a Spirit which dwells within her~ c: Chance is a water elemental but quite the spitfire, despite that. x'D She can manipulate water & ice plus has some telepathic abilities. She is a mermaid as heck *shot*
