Ryuu Soshi is, and I quote from the commissionee, "Ryu's Quirks are known at this point in the story: he has an Ultraviolet Manipulation Quirk similar to Starfire from Teen Titans, and he has an Armor Quirk ability that allows him to grow Dragon-like armor similar to my other oc's Dragon form from the Fairy Tail story. Normally only one person can have one Quirk, but Ryu's case is a special one that I can't reveal just yet."
