Cold Case from the 90s... — Description
"A missing woman case from the 90s has been reopened for investigation," the news anchor said. "Police said that photos of a bound and gagged woman were found in a toolbox in the basement of a vacant home, and that the woman in those photos was identified as Kelsie Chambers, an aspiring model/actress from Binghamton, New York, who moved to Los Angeles to pursue her career. Shortly after her disappearance, a friend told police that Kelsie was last seen on her way to a photo shoot. Police are now looking into previous owners of the home."

Author's note: May marks the anniversary of when I first took notice of Kelsie, so this is my way of celebrating the anniversary. Please take note that these photos were taken in the 90s, and she definitely appears to be over the age of 18.
