Trinity Awaken! Caaw~Buzz~Meow!
Transformation ring: Fated Trinity
1st ring: Trinity Strike: finishing move
2ed ring: Three fates: it splits him in to three energy temporal clones, which are manifestations of his various decisions in multiple timelines blended into the current timeline simultaneously. Once the clones converge back together, all the choices and memories merge back into Kamen Rider Omens.
