F.I.B FILE'S CONTROL CENTRE BULLETIN.
Agent Rai Nemo is in the West Indies to investigate the dissappearence of a number of women over the last six months. Eye witness reports are of two men who entice women to accompany them onto a boat, which turns into some sort of submersible shortly after leaving it's moorings. There have also been sightings of this vessel in some of the Florida Keys where women have also mysteriously vanished. The victims, all females between teenagers and adults up to about the age of forty, vanished without trace. Many are sex workers who we believe are lured by large amounts of cash onto the boat/submersible.
Nemo and her team of four operatives and three couriers would operate a twenty four hour surveillance operation with four six hour shifts. The first shift would be covered by two operatives starting at midnight, as it was considered more likely for a confrontation with the abductors than the next shift six until twelve, ( no reported abductions during this period of time.) Which will be operated by two couriers. The following shift was midday until six o'clock was an operative and courier, (again no abductions reported during this time period.) The final shift was agent Rai and an operative, this was considered the most likely shift for an abduction to take place with the first three to four hours of the first shift period. Agent Rai would continue working until four a m to cover the two operatives, Rai being the senior officer and commander of the operation. The team would be in place for two weeks in the hope an attempted abduction would take place. A scuba squad was also in place at Nemo's request under the command of Aryna Petrova, with Captain Hernandez in charge of the support vessel.
Nemo's team were based in Rico Bay a holiday resort in the Leeward Islands of the Caribbean, renamed for commercial reasons.Two separate abductions had taken place here as opposed to three others in different parts of the Caribbean. Florida claimed a total of three victims, again all in different places. All Rai's team could do now was speak to locals and the sex workers to see if they can add anything to what we already know. Our cover story is that we are reporters for a U.S women's magazine that deals with violence against women and girls. Rai's team will wait in anticipation and readiness.
