um what version of photshop did you used to create the animation? (i used photoshop cs6 but it seems like i still dont know how to configure it, and does ps cs6 and your current version of ps have the same function? )

This was made in Photoshop CS3. I think Photoshop CS6 has the animation stuff set up a bit differently.

Yeah I'm guessing you can do that in SAI. I don't know how to use SAI though. Maybe that would help you by separating them ahead of time in SAI!

No you just upload it anywhere on the internet then link the url in a comment. To take a screen shot you need to press prntscreen on the keyboard or use the snipping tool if you have windows. On a mac its cmd+shift+t. Sorry if that makes no sense, maybe google searching could help also!

Try pressing ctrl+c on your keyboard with the eyes selected, make a new layer at the bottom right by pressing www.binary-artist.com/photosho⦠paste the eyes on that layer by pressing ctrl+v. Move the eyes to where they are supposed to be. Does this fix it?

It might be because your bottom layer is locked. Duplicate the bottom layer to unlock it, then delete the bottom layer and use the new unlocked one. Then move the eye in place and make sure the bottom layer has a blank face so you don't have 2 eyes. You will have to draw the blank face. Also note that while animating, if you move something on frame 1, it will move it on all the other frames as well.
