One of the Trophy Girls from Crash Team Racing. She appears whenever Dr. Neo Cortex or Dr. N. Gin gets on the podium in 1st place.
Megumi has always been my favorite out of the four, and surprisingly, this is the first time I've ever drawn her! 
Since the first three games have been announced to be fully remastered for the PS4, I hope the same thing happens to CTR as well. ^^
