Deep ref 2025 — Description

He's a lonely guy living at the bottom of the sea. He can't swim dew to his 'arms' so he just wanders along the seafloor. He's extremely shy and uses echolocation to "see" in the water. he can't speak because His mouth just isn't equipped for complex noises. He does make frequent clicking noises. He can hear. Emotion is portrayed with his ear positions. His eyes were taken by scientists that were experimenting on him. they also exposed his ribs trying to figure out what he is. afterwards they threw him into the sea leaving him to die. He soon figured out how to catch food. He doesn't need air to survive and the pressure doesn't bother him. He could go to the surface if he found land but he's to shy to even think about going up there so he just lives in his cave never interacting with anyone.
