Storm Waters Rising — Description
This was the day before Hurricane Charley touched down. It was SO COLD and WINDY. there were a few sparse people on the beach. Some swimming, some surfing. The waves were really high, and breaking quite early. The sand was completely flat from the way the wind had blown it. And the sky just looked surreal.
